What this site is
getmair.com is an informational page describing MAIR, an editorial platform that runs news websites. It offers no accounts, no subscriptions and no purchases.
Internal applications
The applications we register under the MAIR name, including “MAIR Search Console Automation”, are private tools for our own team. They are not offered to the public. Access to them is granted by us to our own operators and can be withdrawn by us at any time. Anyone using them agrees to use them only for our own websites and advertising accounts, and in accordance with the terms of the third-party APIs involved, including the Google APIs Terms of Service.
Content and intellectual property
The MAIR name, logo, texts and design on this site belong to Haydamax OÜ. They may not be copied, reproduced or used as your own without written permission. Third-party names mentioned here belong to their respective owners.
Availability and liability
- The site and the internal tools are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue any part of them.
- We are liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of arrangement. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law remains unaffected.
- We are not responsible for the content of external websites linked from here.
Privacy
How we handle data, including data obtained through Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, excluding its conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where a consumer resides remain unaffected.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
