MAIR is an editorial technology platform operated by Haydamax OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. This policy explains what data we handle on this website and in the internal applications we run under the MAIR name, including the data we obtain through Google APIs.

This website
getmair.com is a single informational page about the MAIR platform. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no comment forms, and it does not ask visitors for personal data.
We measure visits with Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool running on our own server. It stores aggregate counts of page views, referrers, approximate country, browser and device type. It does not set advertising cookies, does not use cross-site identifiers and does not build profiles of individuals. If you write to us by email, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer it.
Our internal applications and Google user data
We operate an internal application registered with Google as “MAIR Search Console Automation”. It is a private tool used by our own team to run and measure our own websites. It is not offered to the public and has no external users.
With the explicit consent of the account holder, and only for accounts that we ourselves own or operate, the application accesses:
- Google Search Console — search performance and indexing data for our own
web properties (scope
webmasters.readonly). - Google Ads — keyword planning data and reporting for our own advertising
accounts (scope
adwords). - YouTube Data API — public video and channel data, accessed with an API key rather than user data.
- Basic profile information — name and email address of the signing-in
account, used only to identify which of our accounts granted access
(scopes
userinfo.profile,userinfo.email).
How that data is used, stored and shared
- Used only to produce internal reports about search demand and about the performance of our own websites. It is never used for advertising, profiling or automated decisions about people.
- Stored on our own server in Germany. OAuth tokens and API keys are kept in files readable only by the system administrator account. Report data is kept in a local database on the same server.
- Not shared. We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. No human other than our own operators reads it.
- Retained for as long as the tool is in use. Cached API responses expire automatically, typically within 30 days.
Limited Use disclosure. MAIR’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Withdrawing access
Access is granted by our own Google account and can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Withdrawal stops all further access immediately; any data already stored is deleted on request to the address above.
Your rights
If we hold personal data about you, you may ask us for a copy, for correction, for deletion or for restriction of its use, and you may object to processing. Write to admin@getmair.com and we will answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
